This article goes through the process of creating a useable library of function for parsing expressions in VB3.
This is done in four parts:
|Creates a simple mathematical parser.|
|Explains the handling of brackets within an expression.|
|We add support for tokens within expressions that can be resolved to the required values at evaluation time.|
|We eventually port the code to a VB4 in-process OLE server.|
